This is an awesome commission by the talented 
0ndshok for my fanfic 'Equestria Girl's Next Generation' which is linked below
Equestria Girls Next Generation on Fanfiction.Net
The fanfic revolves around the human Mane 7 in the human world, many years after the films having children of their own and following Adam, the son of Applejack, and the main character as well as the eldest amongst the children.
Later in the fic, Adam finds himself transported to Equestria, and in Pony Form, whilst dealing with the new changes and learning to master his new magical abilities, Adam finds himself in battle against a dark sorceror with links to his and his mother past, and whose able to seemingly outwit and outhink him at every turn.
The above pic shows Adam, after his first (and painful) defeat at the hands of the sorceror, in which he was temporarily returned to human form, decided to design and construct a crude but effective armored suit, in an effort to overpower the enemy. Using his intelect and with the help of Time Turner ( AKA Doctor Whooves), they constructs the suit, and the power core which runs it.
And when the sorceror appears once more, he is able to once more temporarily return to human form to don the armor and charge into battle.
Note: The 'AJ productions' sticker was added by the CMC
